In 2020, Creative Rabbit was approached by an existing client to create an identity for what would be a sub-branch of their existing real estate business model. After an initial briefing and concepts that included a depiction of a house, the client indicated that they wanted their logo to stand out from the crowd and include an animated/cartoon like house. Collaborating with the client and tweaking the initial concept produced a result where all parties were happy. A focus of the identity was to accommodate the different contexts that it would be used for, from digital to print including social media and website, stationery and signage.
